How does a subscription work?
At Zappie, you can easily choose a toy box subscription that suits you. You can choose monthly, 3, 6, or 12 months. After ordering, you'll receive a new Zappie box every month, packed with educational building fun for children aged 5 to 9.
Each box contains all the materials and instructions you need to get started right away, without any preparation.

You're not committed to anything; we make it fun and flexible. This way, your child gets a new experience every month, and you stay in control. If you choose a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time; if you choose a 6-month subscription, for example, you can decide every 6 months whether to continue.
Am I tied to a subscription?
If you take out a subscription with Zappie, you only pay for the months you want to receive a box.
If you choose a monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription every month. If you choose a 3-month subscription, you can cancel every 3 months but receive a nice discount. So you choose how flexible you want to be.
What age is Zappie suitable for?
All our boxes are designed for ages 5 and up. We strive to ensure that children up to 9 years old still find them challenging and fun.
Will we get double boxes?
At Zappie, we ensure you don't receive duplicate boxes. Our system automatically keeps track of which boxes you've already received, so you'll never receive a duplicate. Even if you've ordered from us before, don't worry, our system recognizes these and links them to previous subscriptions or individual boxes. Everything is linked to your own account.
We have many different projects, so you can renew subscriptions without risk of recurrence.
