Yes, you can! If you'd like to try Zappiebox first, you can order a trial box subscription. You can cancel it monthly. This is an ideal way to see if our toy boxes are a good fit for you and your child. If you like it, you can upgrade to a longer subscription and take advantage of great discounts.

How long does it take you to make a box?
The amount of time you spend on a box varies depending on the child and the project. The main project, along with the smaller projects, experiments, and games in the technology boxes, can provide hours of fun. Because the projects are reusable, you can experience them again and again. Learning through play becomes an ongoing adventure.
How is the Zappiebox designed?
Each Zappiebox is carefully crafted by our in-house team of experts in technology and education. Our designs are reviewed by educational advisors and extensively tested by children in grades 2 through 6. This guarantees that the toy boxes are educational, engaging, and easy to use. We also ensure that the included instructions are clear and child-friendly.
Do I need to buy anything myself?
No, our toy boxes are complete and contain everything you need. Our goal is to completely unburden parents by including all the materials and tools in the box. You might only need a few household items like scissors, but otherwise, everything is included.
What is the refund policy?
We accept returns on individual boxes if the items are unused and undamaged. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs. Absolutely! Zappiebox was founded by Joep and Jimmy, two Dutch entrepreneurs. All Zappiebox designs are their own. All instruction booklets are also written in Dutch.
