When will the first box be delivered?
The first box will ship within one business day, meaning you'll receive it within two business days. After that, you'll receive a box on the same day each month.
Can I add two addresses?
Yes, that's possible. If you'd like to give a Zappiebox as a gift, you can provide your own address to deliver the first box yourself. Then, email support@zappiebox.com with the recipient's address so that the remaining boxes can be sent directly to the correct address. This way, we make giving a Zappiebox even more special!
On what day does the subscription arrive?
The first box of your subscription will be delivered within two business days of your order. You'll receive the next box exactly one month later, around the same date. Do you have a specific start date for your subscription? Let us know at support@zappiebox.com , and we'll schedule the delivery for you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver the Zappiebox throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany .
Shipping is handled by our regular delivery partners, and you'll always receive a track & trace code as soon as your box is on its way. This way, you'll know exactly when your child can start building and playing.
How can I change the delivery address?
You can do this by logging in to your own account and easily changing your details. You can log in via this link .

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free throughout the Netherlands! This applies to both individual boxes and subscriptions. This way, we ensure that everyone has easy access to our educational toys. Additional charges may apply for international shipping.
Where can I find the Track & Trace?
Once your box has shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the status of your shipment and see when it will arrive. You can also find the Track & Trace code in your account. Log in by clicking the account icon in the top right corner.
I didn't receive anything. What should I do?
If you haven't received your box, first check the Track & Trace code you received by email. Can't find the package or does it seem to be lost? Contact us at support@zappiebox.com , and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
