A Zappie subscription lets you introduce children to different STEAM themes (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) every month. Each month, you'll receive a complete box with components and simple instructions so children can independently build their own technology toys. Am I tied to a subscription?
If you take out a subscription with Zappiebox, you only pay for the months you want to receive a box.
If you choose a monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription every month. If you choose a 3-month subscription, you can cancel every 3 months but receive a nice discount. So you choose how flexible you want to be. For more information, visit our subscriptions page .
Will we get double boxes?
No, our smart system ensures you never receive the same tech box twice. This way, we guarantee your child gets new, unique projects to discover and play with every month.
What boxes can I expect?
With a subscription, you'll receive a unique box each month with a different technology and science theme. These boxes are designed to inspire children and teach them about topics like mechanics, robotics, and physics. Want to get a preview of what's included? On what day of the month will the box arrive?
Your first Zappiebox will be shipped within two business days of your order. This date also becomes the fixed delivery date for your monthly box. For example, if you order on January 1st, you'll receive the next box around February 1st, and so on.
What are the costs of Zappiebox?
The price of a Zappiebox depends on the subscription type and term you choose. The longer you pay in advance, the cheaper it is per box. You can choose between paying monthly or paying in advance for multiple months at once.

How do payments work?
For your first subscription order, you pay immediately using your chosen payment method. For subsequent deliveries, you don't need to do anything: payment will be automatically debited via direct debit on the day your order is processed.
