Our primary product is a subscription service where we deliver a Zappiebox every month full of materials and instructions to build your own toys.

Working student Technology and Automation

Aalsmeer | 8-24 hours per week
Remote is negotiable
€20 per hour (employment/freelance)

What are you going to do?

  • You will replace our current Zapier workflows with API connections.
  • You build smart automations that are scalable and maintainable.
  • You help us set up AI applications (such as automatic
    email classification, supply chain reasoning and support).
  • You contribute to business intelligence dashboards (Looker Studio, BigQuery).

Growth Marketer

On-site in Aalsmeer | 24 hours per week (freelance or contract) | Growth to full-time possible.
Salary (+ stock options): 2700 - 3300 euros gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.

We are looking for someone to take charge of our key marketing channels.

In this phase, we're looking for someone who primarily works in an executive role, but also contributes to campaigns and new ideas to accelerate growth. This role can quickly develop into a full-time position with significant responsibility.

Your mission? Achieving growth and building a significant social impact.

What are you going to do?

  • Setting up and improving email campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Building and making profitable partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinating and creating visual content for ads and social media.
  • Optimize your website (Shopify): landing pages, minor updates, and performance improvements.
  • Analyze data and create reports to support marketing decisions.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are curious, independent, quick to understand and want to really dive into something.
  • You have demonstrable experience with digital marketing.
  • You are familiar with creating visual content such as advertisements, images and graphics.
  • You have a sense of responsibility and you are not afraid to test new ideas.
  • You have a passion for storytelling and know how to translate stories into visual elements that suit the target group.
Student Customer Service

Hybrid or remote | minimum 9 hours per week
Salary: €16.80 all-in gross per hour

Zappie is growing rapidly, and our community of parents and grandparents is growing with us. That's why we're looking for an enthusiastic student worker who can help parents and customers with a smile via email and chat. You don't need customer service experience; if you're sociable, patient, and digitally savvy, we'll teach you the rest.

At Zappie, you'll work flexible shifts (morning or afternoon) that you can schedule yourself, ideally alongside your studies! You'll be part of a dedicated, young team that works every day to inspire children with sustainable and educational toys.

What are you going to do?

  • You answer customer questions via email (think: orders and deliveries).
  • You think about how we can improve our service.
  • You communicate with the team about problems, frequently asked questions and recurring feedback.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) student and will continue studying for at least 12 months.
  • You are available at least 9 hours per week (6 shifts of 1.5 hours).
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently.
  • You are sociable, patient and service-oriented.
  • You can switch well between digital systems and work accurately.
  • You remain calm and friendly, even when a customer is critical.
