Working student Product Designer

Aalsmeer | 8-24 hours per week
€20 per hour (employment/freelance)

What are you going to do?

  • Design and develop new play boxes from concept to production.
  • Work on 3D models, prototypes and graphic design.
  • Also design the instruction booklet and improve the user experience.
  • Test with children and optimize the product line.

Who are we looking for?

  • Passionate about design, education and children.
  • You are strong in 3D modeling, graphic design and prototyping.
  • Takes initiative and takes responsibility.

Student Customer Service

Hybrid or remote | minimum 9 hours per week
Salary: €16.80 all-in gross per hour

Zappie is growing rapidly, and our community of parents and grandparents is growing with us. That's why we're looking for an enthusiastic student worker who can help parents and customers with a smile via email and chat. You don't need customer service experience; if you're sociable, patient, and digitally savvy, we'll teach you the rest.

At Zappie, you'll work flexible shifts (morning or afternoon) that you can schedule yourself, ideally alongside your studies! You'll be part of a dedicated, young team that works every day to inspire children with sustainable and educational toys.

What are you going to do?

  • You answer customer questions via email (think: orders and deliveries).
  • You think about how we can improve our service.
  • You communicate with the team about problems, frequently asked questions and recurring feedback.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) student and will continue studying for at least 12 months.
  • You are available at least 9 hours per week (6 shifts of 1.5 hours).
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently.
  • You are sociable, patient and service-oriented.
  • You can switch well between digital systems and work accurately.
  • You remain calm and friendly, even when a customer is critical.

Zappie wächst schnell, und unsere Community aus Eltern und Großeltern wächst mit uns. Deshalb suchen wir eine engagierte Mitarbeiterin oder einen engagierten Mitarbeiter, die bzw. der Kundinnen und Kunden mit einem Lächeln per E-Mail, Chat und Telefon unterstützt.

WICHTIG:
Bei Zappie arbeitest du 5 oder 6 Tage pro Woche. Du bearbeitest die Kundenanfragen täglich in zwei kurzen, flexiblen Schichten von jeweils etwa 45 Minuten:

  • Frühschicht: 45 Minuten (frei einteilbar zwischen 07:00 und 11:00 Uhr).
  • Abendschicht: 45 Minuten (frei einteilbar zwischen 17:00 und 22:00 Uhr).

Innerhalb dieser Zeitfenster bestimmst du deinen eigenen Rhythmus, solange du einen schnellen und hervorragenden Service gewährleistest.

Was wirst du tun?

  • Du beantwortest Kundenfragen per E-Mail, Chat und telefonisch.
  • Du überlegst mit, wie wir unseren Service verbessern können.
  • Du stimmst dich mit dem Team zu Problemen, häufig gestellten Fragen und wiederkehrendem Feedback ab.

Wen suchen wir?

  • Du hast mindestens eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung an einer Fachhochschule.
  • Du bist 9 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Niederländisch. Deutsch ist ein Plus.
  • Du bist sozial, geduldig und serviceorientiert.
  • Du kannst gut zwischen digitalen Systemen wechseln und arbeitest sorgfältig.
  • Du bist ergebnisorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Arbeit.
  • Deine höchste Priorität ist das Kundenerlebnis.
